|Info=Baron Power, of Curraghmore, and Earl of Tyrone; b.irony dormant, earldom extinct 1704; Sir Richard Power, of Curraghmore, was created Baron Power, of Curragb. more, by patent, 18 Sept. 1535, with remainder to the heirs male of his body; his descendant, Richard, sixth Lord Powert was created, 1673, Earl of Tyrone: Jambs, third Earl, d. s.p. m. 1704, when the earldom became extinct, and the barony reverted to the male heir of the body of the grantee, who was then Col.
