Dorset, living temp, Henry VII., whose senior male line terminated with George Btvbs, Esq., of Banston, if. 1689, leaving two daus. his co-heirs ; bis younger brother, Bichard, was father of Thomas Byves, Comptroller of the Prize Office, whose eldest son and heir, George Ryves, Esq., of Ranston, left an only dau. Abbthosa Ryves, m. first, Peter IIawkbb, Esq., of Long PariBb, co.
