Philip, Marquis Paulucci, of Forli, in Italy. General Coblet was born at Dodbrook, co. Devon, the son of Rev. Benjamin Coblet, of Ide, co. Devon, Rector of Dodbrook, who was lineally descended from John Coblet, of Cobley, in South Moulton, temp. Edward IV.
