Geldeston Hall, co. Suffolk, a family of considerable antiquity, the name appearing in the rolls of the borough of Dunwich, co. Suffolk, as early as 1818; John Kerriche was M.P. for the borough at Westminster, 2 Edward II., 1808. Arms granted 17 June, 1680, to Capt. Kerrich, a distinguished diplomatist in the reign of Charles I.
